Lucas Da Silveira
Lucas Da Silveira was born in Hong Kong and raised across Singapore, Switzerland, Brazil, Florida, and Southern California. A dual citizen of Brazil and the United States, he competed at the highest levels of junior tennis before playing for Brown University, where he captained the Men's Tennis Team and earned a Top-50 NCAA Division I ranking while studying Applied Mathematics and Economics. He continues to compete nationally for the Olympic Club in San Francisco.
Professionally, Lucas leads Digital Strategy at the London Stock Exchange Group, focusing on improving how 40,000 clients across 190 countries experience LSEG's data and analytics. He previously served as Director of Business Operations for one of LSEG's global divisions.
Beyond work and athletics, Lucas is passionate about languages -- speaking Portuguese and Spanish while studying Mandarin Chinese. He is also an avid reader of non-fiction and science fiction and has recently developed a love of cross-country skiing.
As President of Youth Tennis Advantage's Board of Directors, Lucas is committed to ensuring the next generation of student-athletes have the same opportunities for growth and learning that shaped his own life.

Graduating from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, Karla's journey from an early start in tennis to her current medical career illustrates her multifaceted commitment.
Her involvement in USTA leagues and service on the USTA Northern California Medical Appeals Committee reflects her dedication to wellness through both tennis and healthcare.

Peter Wright
After retiring in 2021 as the winningest coach in Cal tennis history, Peter Wright continues to serve the Bay Area tennis community as President of Youth Tennis Advantage. During his coaching career, he earned the
prestigious Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Meritorious Service Award and was awarded the USTA/ITA National Campus & Community Outreach Award for providing a leadership role in increasing tennis participation throughout the community.
After playing collegiate tennis at Cal, Peter’s pro tour highlights include appearances at Wimbledon and the Australian Open. He represented Ireland in Davis Cup from 1988-95 and served as Irish Davis Cup Captain from 1995-2003. Wright also served as the head coach for Ireland at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta.
Peter has served as Chairman of the NCAA Tennis Committee, and on the Executive Board of Directors of the ITA. He spent over a decade on the USTA National Varsity Collegiate Tennis Committee and he has served on the Board of Youth Tennis Advantage for over 30 years.
Peter is a member of the USTA Northern California Tennis Hall of Fame, the Cal Athletic Hall of Fame, and the Berkeley High School Hall of Fame.
