Sara Flynn

A California native with deep San Francisco roots, Sara Flynn's journey has woven through education, real estate, and community service. After graduating from the University of Colorado, she returned home to join her family's real estate investment company, progressing to oversee acquisitions, risk management, and strategic planning.

An avid tennis player, she also finds joy in skiing, hiking, and quality family time. Serving on the Youth Tennis Advantage Board, its Executive Committee, and the Meals on Wheels San Francisco Board, Sara's commitment to community and growth is truly impactful.

John Sweazey

From Chicago to Stanford, John T Sweazey's journey in economics and mortgage banking has been diverse. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to found TRI Capital Corporation and later embark on a winemaking venture, Anaba Wines.

A supporter of affordable housing development and a skilled tennis player, John's commitment to YTA reflects his belief in the transformative power of education, sports, and community involvement.

James Connelly

Jim was a senior sales and marketing executive with financial service companies in the real estate, equipment leasing and electronic payments industries. He had extensive experience in managing entrepreneurial and early-stage companies and co-founded two equipment leasing companies in the Bay Area. As a financial consultant, he specialized in project management, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning. Following retirement, he started a successful apartment investment business which he continues today. Jim graduated from Duke University, served in the Navy and earned an MBA in finance from University of California, Berkeley. He has been on the Youth Tennis Advantage Board since 2015.
